Measuring 4.5" in diameter and 15.5" in height, the UC-200 is designed to be installed vertically on its base. Its tried-and-true filtration technology combines KDF-55 filter media, coconut shell carbon, and micro-sediment membrane, providing reliable performance that has stood the test of time.
It's important to note that the UC-200 does not reduce Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) or PPM meter readings. If TDS removal is a priority, consider a CuZn reverse osmosis filter instead. To test the UC-200's performance, use DPD-1 chlorine test strips, and replace the filter when chlorine breakthrough is detected in the filtered water.
